Cookie pontificates on the state of the world. The Cookster managed to make it through camp without dropping any more booze bottles and was entranced by the "Botanicals" that were imported from England.

The North Eighty Hunt Club is located in the heart of the Huron National Forest. The club was founded as primarily a Turkey Hunting club but has evolved into a sportsman club which caters to the interest of turkey hunters, fishermen, deer hunters, and small game hunters.
