Anybody seen this guy? This picture is from the Glennie Gazette, and was on front page. He is "wanted" by authorities for numerous crimes, including "Drinking in Excess," "Scaring Wildlife with No Intention to Kill," and "Violation of Safe Cooking Procedures and Running an Unsanitary Kitchen." Approach with extreme caution, he may have GAS!
